Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Horshie Life, all products are made especially for you once you place an order. We work with trusted production partners through Printify to create and ship our print-on-demand products.
Because of this process, delivery times include both production time and shipping time.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed after payment is successfully completed.
Production typically takes 2–5 business days. During high-volume periods such as holidays, product launches, or promotions, production may take slightly longer.
Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped and you will receive a tracking number via email.

Estimated delivery times within the United States:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Total estimated delivery time:
5–12 business days (production + shipping)
Please note that these are estimated timeframes and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or seasonal demand.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Product type
- Quantity ordered
- Delivery destination within the United States
The exact shipping cost will be shown before you complete your purchase.
Multiple Shipments
Since our products are fulfilled by different Printify production partners, items within the same order may occasionally be shipped in separate packages.
If this happens, you will receive multiple tracking numbers.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.
